Our gym provides a friendly, relaxing and supportive environment to workout or achieve rehab goals. Our Health & Rehab Gym has been specifically designed with the needs of our patients in mind.

Sports Rehabilitator  

We have our own onsite fully qualified Sports Rehabilitator who has many years experience in taking people through a journey to fulfill their health and wellbeing goals. Hannah is also qualified to receive GP and physiotherapy referrals which means she is well equipped to deal with the majority of injuries and post operative rehab patients. You're in safe hands.
